A visit from Cousin Nate

Edie's Aunt Heather, Uncle Dick, and cousin Nate came down to visit a week ago. Unfortunately we were so busy watching them play together we forgot to take many photos! We all went out for a nice sunny day at the zoo.


Edie seemed pretty happy to see her cousin and Aunt and Uncle.

Great fun in the pots and pans drawer. We finally had to buy a clasp to keep the drawer shut, as this was one of Edie's favourite past times. We wouldn't mind, but it wasn't the safest place to play...

Birthday photos!

Now that we've found our camera, we can post some birthday photos, only a month and a day behind.

Edie had a great first birthday. Lots of family came to visit from all over Alberta. She had tonnes of fun, got some new clothes and toys, had her first piece of cake, and by the end of it was so wound up she went to bed with wide eyes.

Happy first (belated) birthday Edie! We're looking forward to another great year with you!!

Before you Complain too too Much...

Consider that our sweet little monkey girl has gotten her hands on our camera and stuck it someplace that we absolutely cannot locate it! And of course, she ain't telling us where, it's too much fun watching us tear apart the house looking!
